Mortal Kombat Ninja

After doing Rain and Ermac, I decided I really should include the mysterious Noob Saibot in my collection. This one was pretty easy -- take a Mortal Kombat ninja (and I don't even recall offhand whom I used), and spray paint him black. Done! Well, not quite. I decided to paint the eyes. Little bit of white on a cactus needle. And then just for some special effects, I put a bit of glow in the dark paint on top of that. There's no way to show it photographically, but yes, Noob Saibot's eyes DO glow in the dark!
