I did this color-jiving LBC figure years ago, but always planned to
turn it into a Green Beret, and this LBC figure ended up staying a
long time in my "to-be-painted" drawer.

It's been always one of my favorites, and I kept wanting to post this
one ASAP, so I finally decided to just make this a pure LBC, not
paint its beret green, and make him into a Black Beret instead.

In any case, I haven't done any top-ranking commanders for the
G.I.Joe team in a while, so favoritism aside, I decided to make this
figure into one of G.I.Joe's higher ranking officials - in this case,
a Colonel.
