COBRA Extreme Environment Troopers are specialists in tactical superiority. Trained to use stealth and lightning fast attacks, these troopers are capable of fighting guerrilla warfare in any environment, including the vacuum of space. Advanced miniature electronics and wearable computers enable the EVO Trooper to remotely command various COBRA systems through PCA/C (Proximity Combat Access/Control), including vehicles, weapons, surveillance.

The COBRA EVO Troopers are the most advanced personnel the COBRA organization can deploy onto the battlefield. Capable of devastating attacks, a single EVO Trooper can wipe out an armored convoy. However, they are also the most expensive of the COBRA legions, too costly to deploy in numbers-usually only in groups of up to four of three troopers and one officer (in crimson red).
