Uzi is the top Israeli fighter pilot in the Israeli Air Force. He got his handle from the famous weapon, the Uzi, which was crafted by Major Uziel Gal, an Israeli war hero, back in the 1940s.

I got the idea for this figure as I was making 'Van Halen'. Originally I had the airborne head slated to make another Van Halen as I have several Blowtorch's and Zap body parts, but then figured I'd go with a different color design, and because Airborne looks somewhat Mediterranean, I thought to make him an Israeli Fighter pilot.
