Soon as I got ROC Flash I thought he would make a great Resolute Zartan so I got to work.

I loved Zartan in Resolute I think he got knocked off a little easy that is IF he is truly dead. He could be Duke for all we know.

Then that would mean Scarlett is really with Zartan instead of Duke.. which is better in my opinion as Scarlett should always be with Snake Eyes... but I digress.

Except for the Web Gear this is a pretty easy parts swap and repaint. Modding the Flash armor took a bit of steady cutting.
