ROC Zartan weapons

I decided to do my own ROC Zartan.. I took the flak jacket from a standard Neo-Viper - painted it blue then did a silver dry brush on it. Same with the gloves, shin-guards and holster. The body is also from a Neo-Viper. I went with the entire look from the Neo because I wanted to be consistent with what the ROC army wears. I figure Zartan would wear something similar to them, but obviously with a different color-scheme to show that he's of a higher rank.

Also gave him darker hair because I figure that would be something Zartan would always be changing. Also gave him a thicker and more pronounced warpaint. Not exactly like his ARAH warpaint, but something different at least. I still may add some finer details to this at a later date.

Also did a silver dry brush on his backpack (which I didn't take a pic of) and I also painted the bayonet on his rifle silver.
