Raptor is the kind of character that makes you wonder what kinds of drugs the designers were on. Along with Dr Mindbender and Gung Ho, he looks like a reject from the Village People.

The original idea was to give him a high tech, modern look, but every try ended in disaster. That is until I found a spare Zartan from the Hall of Heroes line. What started in an experiment ended with a finished figure. This Raptor cannot be played with, it can barely be touched with out falling apart. It is held together with putty.
