Inspired by a custom done by Terrordrome member elgoodo, and one of my favorite Joe characters. Never wanted to buy the ROC Flash but after seeing the possibilities, picked one up. Removed the scar from Duke's head, put a hole in the bottom of Flash's other gun, and mixed a green that I liked. Not as bright as the original. Not a fan of the Accelerator Suit's either but makes for great parts for a character like Sci-Fi.
