Alley Vipers are Cobra Commander's elite troopers. Armed with the heaviest of weapons, Alley Vipers are capable of clearing buildings. I am working on a newer version of the Alley Viper. When he is completed, I will add him on here. For now, this is my take on the Resolute Alley Viper. I am thinking about making another one that is a 3 man team as a 3 pack. One a shieldman, heavy weapons, and a battering ram/shield trooper.

Bottom line, they are Cobra Commander's elite Special Weapons and Tactics Troopers.
