As Destro's second-in-command, General Mayhem assists General Voltar in leading the Iron Grenadiers to victory over G.I. Joe and Cobra.

As a member of Destro's command staff, General Mayhem has a lot of responsibilities. They include accountability of all troops and the planning of all combat missions.

Whenever General Voltar isn't out leading the Iron Grenadiers, General Mayhem takes command.

His tactics are of the McCullen dynasty. If things aren't going well, he will try all means necessary to get the job done.
