Raven grew up in the Four Corners area on the Reservation. In her early teens she was blamed for crime she did not commit. Being very short tempered, rather than seek forgiveness, she sought revenge. This caused her to be banished from the Reservation and made her loose trust in other people. She joined several criminal organizations as means to get by, but she was always in it for herself, and when the gang no longer served her purpose, she left. Over the years her anger and stubbornness festered and then she came across the Cobra organization. Here, because of her fighting prowess and ruthless demeanor, she was put into flight school and obtained a coveted Strato-Viper slot. She thought she finally found a place where she belonged.

"We're glad Slipstream was able to change her life and show her that there are people who will watch her back, something she thought she'd had with Cobra, until they were willing to watch her die to see if Dr. Mindbender's experiment was effective. Now she's one of our best double agents."

This character was featured in the second season episode "In Presence of Mine Enemies." Slipstream and Raven get into a dogfight and shoot each other down over an abandoned Cobra base. While trying to find a way to contact their respective commands, they must work together to avoid an out of control experiment that was made by Dr. Mindbender. Raven has a strong belief in the way of Cobra until she finds out that Dr. Mindbender has been watching the two the whole time and doesn't really care if she survives or not, this causes her to rethink her loyalty to Cobra.

I always thought she was kind of a cool character and I'd have liked to have seen more of her. The Dio-Story that I'm working on right now centers around Slipstream and i thought it might be cool to incorporate her into it somehow.
The Strato-Viper is considerably more bulky than Baroness so the vest sits on her kind of weird. I boiled the vest and after a few minutes placed it on Baroness's body and then used some twist ties to help it conform to her curves. After that I put her into a glass of freezing water. The vest somewhat maintained the new shape but not as tight as it was at first.
She is basically an LBC, really the only mod I had to make was to Padme's hair. Raven had her hair in braided pigtails, Padme's hair was in five braids running down her back. Using an X-acto blade, I cut the center braid out and fanned out the outside braids to look like pigtails.
