Dr. Mindbender is only shown briefly in Rise of Cobra and I thought Kevin J O'Connor was a great choice for ol' Brainwave himself. So I thought since they haven't shown him yet I would make a custom of how I think he is now.

Since we know that Rex was severely burned I thought Dr. Mindbender should be in a comatose state. His wheel chair would keep him alive (the hoses into is head and arms) and the only way he can communicate with Cobra Commander is through computers, kind of like Stephen Hawking.
