The Mamba Men appeared in the Battle Action Force story Jungle Terror and work for Baron Ironblood and the Red Shadows. They based their appearance on one of the most feared snakes in Africa in order to ferment civil and political unrest and propagate the belief they had supernatural powers. Performing acts of terrorism in Natanga they were believed to be wiped out by Z Force.

As these characters appeared in one of my favourite BAF stories I wanted to keep them as accurate to the comic appearances as possible.
