I really liked the idea of Phoenix Guard. In my Joe Universe Phoenix Guard is another team within G.I. Joe (ie: Night Force, Tiger Force, Slaughter's Marauders) who can specialize and handle extreme missions. This was just a simple head swap but the sculpting on the Wolverine body is really good. The only thing I wish is that it was a bit taller to make General Rey stand the same height at a 25th Joe.
