This was a pretty easy one to do, once I had the head and hat it was a no brainer to use the five pack Shipwreck and I was never going to use it as Shipwreck with that village people head. So I painted the head and hat removed the tatoo on the arm and walla I've got my very own Cutter. I don't know much about Cutter except that he is from the coastgaurd (witch is really cool) and that he is the Captain of the Gi Joe Whale.
