The version if Doctor Mindbender in the Rise of Cobra film was an interesting departure from what we are used to. Interesting enough for me to want to try and make a version of the character. The only real problem was finding the right head. None of the existing GI Joe heads really had the right feel. Then I stumbled across a movie Gargamel on clearance at Toys R Us. It only took a little bit of work, some glasses, and presto! Movie version of Doctor Mindbender at your service.
