Cobra Non Commissioned Officers are a strange and ruthless bunch. Usually they have advanced Viper training in one of the various Viper specialties, but they volunteer to go back into the standard Viper ranks as NCO's. There are many reasons a Viper would do this, some do it in an effort to make a name for themselves in combat, to further their careers. Some do it because they miss life in the trenches. Some just like the pay bump. Either way their knowledge and experience becomes very valuable in the field.
