Gung-Ho's original figure doesn't really do his physique justice. This custom bulks up his arms, and his legs as well, which makes him as imposing as he should be. I based his colours on his comic appearances from about #25 to #37, with green and khaki replacing the baby blue of the original. It's more realistic, but of course he's still not wearing a shirt, because that's pretty essential to his character.
