When you need someone who is crazy and insane, Buzz Saw is the man.

Once Ray Morris, he joined Zartan's Dreadnoks by doing a lot of crazy stuff. His filecard outlines the basics of his history.

To add more, he and Zartan volunteered their services as Cobra Commander's escorts in a diostory called Death and Resurrection of a new Empire. There, Buzz Saw, Zartan and the rest of the Dreadnoks ran an assault on a small G.I. Joe scouting party. Buzz Saw was slightly wounded but later healed.

He always carries a motto:
