Here's another of my favored characters, a video game artiste who carried both a machine gun and a rocket launcher into battle.

While trying to work out his cowl, I took perhaps the direct opposite approach of everyone else, and chose for Rampart to wear his hat over his hood. Why? To keep the hood from flying off in heavy rain, of course. :shifty:

Anyhow, with that as the premise, I trimmed down the top of Dusty's helmet and glued in cloth to merge the ends of his drape to the neck again.
