I added a misc. gun for use as an antennae, and the handlebars of the Battle Bear for additional controls.

Roger Bochs possessed an amazing intellect and an inventive mind, and along with Madison Jeffries and James MacDonald (Hudson), created the robot: Box.
The Box robot is made primarily of steel, has vast strength, and is highly resistant to damage.
Box possesses 4x 50mm Gattling Cannons in its left arm, and is able to discharge multiple forms of energy utilizing the Gattling cannons as origination points.
Box has the ability to tap into computers and to receive or jam radio signals. It also contains special tracking systems and can scan all areas of the electromagnetic spectrum. Other devices can be installed within Box if the need arises.
In the Box armor are powerful jets on the soles of its feet enabling it to fly at speeds between Mach 2 through sub-orbital velocity.
The Box robot is controlled externally by a person wearing an advanced electronic headpiece. The helmet transforms impulses from the wearer's mind into electrical impulses broadcast to Box. The wearer only needs to will Box to perform an action to cause Box to do it. The helmet also allows its wearer to perceive the sensory data registered by Box.
The Box robot possesses great strength, and can lift (press) roughly 40 tons.

There is some thought that the technology used to create and control Box was illegally purchased through the black market from Tony Stark's Iron Man designs. With the destruction of the Box robot and the death of Roger Bochs, this has become a moot point, although it's possible the complete technical specifications still exist. There is additional question that the life-sustaining technology is being used by Madison Jeffries, however with Alpha Flight's government status and relationship to the U.S., Stark has turned a blind eye.
