This figure uses parts from several of The Corps action figures.

The Blind Master was a character in the Marvel issues of the G.I. Joe comic books. While he was blind, he was also an Arashikage ninja master who helped Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow and also trained Jinx. He was known to drive an automobile too.

The figure was created using several figures from The Corps. Their martial arts figure has a uniform that is very close to what the Blind Master had in the comics. The head had some facial hair features added, while the clothing was painted white to match the Blind Master's usual look and the belt painted black.

The Blind Master is also pictured on a card, a Battle Corps style one with plenty of space to fill with many types of ninja equipment. The Blind Master also has a modified toothpick to serve as a cane, slightly reminiscent of the one that was used in the movie Blind Fury. The Blind Master also was seen with a white headband in the comics, at times a small piece of white paper has been used on this figure to replicate that.
