Very little is known about Colonel Skelic. He is believed to be Hellion's younger brother and they likely served together as Alley Vipers. However, Skelic succeeded within Cobra in his own right. Whereas Hellion went on into Special Operations, Skelic went on to command positions within the Urban Assault Corps, eventually rising to command the prestigious 1st Brigade, his current position. It is believed that Skelic selects the Alley Viper Elite troops from within 1st Brigade to serve as Hellion's personal bodyguard.
