The Second one is:

Torso & Waist: Snake Eyes (Spytroops)
Leg: Destro (VvV)

I needed some troops to go with my Black Dragon Commander. I also decided to try my hand at painting. I did't do anything hard but it was still pretty satisfying. I really needed something to do with all my extra parts and I really like this whole customizing thing.
