Inspired by the quality of some of the ROC repaint figures, I went on a spree this winter wherein I made LBC customs of international figures. While researching Action Force I came across Sparrowhawk, and even though he didn't fit any of the repaints I was trying to use for bases, I decided to make him anyway.
