Well, I'm one of the less fortunate who is still not a member of G.I. Joe club. I wanted to have the exclusive Dial-Tone figure and even planned to ask my wife's uncle to register to the club for me but decided not to do so because he's really busy in the states. So, I just customized my own Dial-Tone! It's hard to duplicate the classic Dial-Tone back pack, so I just used the ROC Zartan's back pack instead (just not seen in the picture).
