Leo Zhdanov was a soldier guarding a remote Siberian cybernetics lab. When they asked for a volunteer, the patriotic soldier jumped at the chance. They installed targeting chips, range-finders, sensory enhancers, and voice commands in Leo. A transceiver array was built into his custom made rifle. Taking the code-name "Dead-Eye" Leo has become the ultimate sniper. With Diana now working for Czechoslovakian special forces, Dead-Eye has taken her place in Oktober Guard.
