Pretty much a 85 Flint repaint

As a kid playing with the toys my brain wouldn't let me kill off anbody with a code name. So I made these troops to represent the WIA and KIA on the Gi Joe side. Then later I decieded to make them Russian all purpose extras for my dio stories. I guess they are October Guard green shirts.
