Airtight was always just okay to me. I really liked how he was protrayed in the Devil's Due run of comics, it turned me into a fan of the character. This custom was made back around 2003. I wanted to make a custom figure that retained the overall look and feel of the original, but I really wanted him to have a removable mask. I cut away the visor on the helmet so I could see his eyes underneath, and added a tab to the chest connect the hose to. The other end of the hose was glued to the chest.

This figure is already over 10 years old, and is starting to show his wear, I have an idea for an updated custom.
