This is The Guy. The head of Japanese Secret Service. The man so important, he never leaves his super secret train moving around secretly on a secret subway hidden secretly away underneath Tokyo. The Guy who had James Bond trained as a ninja. You don't get more bad ass than that, I guess. You Only Live Twice is a fair movie, I guess. Not a lot of iconic characters to it though. Not prominent ones, anyway.
