So I have been piecing together "accurate" 25th updates to Dial-Tone since the 25th line came out. The 86 Joes or season two as it were, are some of my favorite characters so I like having them to play with. I never did find a perfect recipe for Dial-Tone so I decided to use one of these Hasbro figures that just pumps out the same face character over and over to update Dial-Tone. Mostly an LBC. I did paint the armor panels to be similar to DT's green. Might go back in and add details later.
