Growing up on the mean streets of Miami, Chop Shop learned to boost cars at a young age. As he got older he became more brazen and began carjacking. He eventually caught the attention of the Dreadnoks and they offered him an opportunity to boost some real vehicles...GI Joe vehicles that is!

He acts tough, and talks tough, but its mostly a facade. Chop Shop is not a very competent fighter and mainly hangs back during the action.

His only real claim to fame was that he's the one who stole the VAMP and RAM that ended up being used as the Dreadnok's Ground Assault.
