Head: JvC Ripper with VvV Wild Bill Hat
Torso: Dart (modified)
Arms: Barrel Roll(modified)
Waist: Roadblock
Legs: VvV Wild Bill

This figure was inspired by another member here. I shaved the mutton chops off of the head and removed the hat which was replaced with the Wild Bill hat. I removed the eagle medallion from the chest with an X-acto knife and sandpaper. The arm straps were sanded off of the biceps as well. The waist I felt was perfect for the ol' cowboy with the U.S. Marshal-looking belt buckle. The legs were about the only salvageable parts from the VvV Wild Bill and they fit the character perfectly.

Bio:

Wild Bill will attempt to fly any chopper into any situation that he can. He is not always known to bring them back out again but the odds are that he will. Never afraid of a crash landing or a few bullet holes, he has led the calvary in to save the day many times. The tighter the situation that Wild Bill is flying into, the bigger the smile is on his face.

Riding the same chopper with Wild Bill can be quite the hair-raising experience as your body will get tossed around as you hear continous yee-haws coming from the cockpit. To the rookie the ride into battle can be just as tough on the mind and body as the actual battle.

But when the situation gets bad the first pilot called into duty will always be Wild Bill. He has even trained for tank commander but he doesn't get the same enjoyment and freedom from those as he does his helicopters. But he will gladly hop into the driver's seat of a Grizzly if he can't get in by air though.
