Design:

Until I have a Chap Mei Osprey to put this figure in, it's not really finished.

The idea for this figure came from watching a History Channel program about the V-22 Osprey. The pilot uses a "thumbwheel" to rotate the propellers from a vertical to a forward flight position, hence the character's codename.

The Buzzer head was leftover from another custom and I wanted to put it to use. It's a strange head, with an open mouth and flared lips. I hid the lips a bit by painting a mustache. I rounded the edges of the sunglasses to make them look a bit more current.

The Wild Bill chest seemed like a good starting point for a flight suit. I added arm pockets and one leg pocket.

Colors:

Standard colors, with the exception of the blue t-shirt. The holster style rig is black to make it look like it was added to the rest of the uniform.
