In April of 2007 I made my first custom of Hawk. I was very happy with that custom at the time. However, I decided to add swivel wrists to all of my customs so that they could hold their weapons better. When I decided to add the swivel wrists I also decided to do a few other alterations to my original custom of him. I had originally made my first version of Hawk to make him look like and old Vietnam veteran, a field commander that was tough as hell and that had cut his teeth in combat. I was happy with the look of the first one, but I also wanted to put him in woodland canouflage BDU's, so I decided to change that as well. One last thing that I wanted to do was to make sure that I used the same BBi accessories for all of my G.I.JOE Team members.
