This figure was an accident waiting to be added to the Oktober Guard ranks. I was toying around with using different heads for this figure. After finding a Snake Eyes head, I had put the helmet on and behold...a new Oktober Guard Ninja Commando.

Dead Eyes was a former student of Snake Eyes. He disappeared and was never heard from again. When Daina and LT Gorky were on patrol, they spotted a mysterious character wandering around through the snow. After rescuing him, they noticed some weird markings on his arm. After their thorough research, they realized that he was a member of the Arashikage clan...and the fact that he was a student of Snake Eyes.
