Lower right arm (elbow to fold): Duke
Lower right arm / hand (fold down): Storm Shadow

Even the most highly trained urban Operators in the Cobra organization can find themselves injured. Like good Operators they don't let an injury keep them down. This particular Alley Viper found himself on the receiving end of a ricochet. After treatment in the field he kept in the fight.
