Although I did not follow the character in the comics, I knew about Green Arrow from Smallville and Justice League cartoon (and later Justice League Unlimited). However, since its debut, I am a fan of the Arrow television show on CW. When I saw fellow customizer Lowlight's take on the emerald archer, I was inspired to make my own version.

In my Joeverse, the Arrow is the vigilante who first takes on the Evil Headhunters as they are building their drug and crime empire. They later land on GI Joe's radar.
