Devil Bat is my amalgamation of Batman and Daredevil. He patrols the streets keeping an eye on and putting a stop to Headman and Gristle's operations. He works independently of the GI Joe team but will on occasion share intelligence if it will help him keep drugs, gangs, and other unsavory elements off his streets. A competent fighter with an almost preternatural sixth sense for movement, it's tough to catch him and even tougher to get away.

He's not the hero his city needs. He's just the only one without fear.
