Beach Head has been training G.I. Joe rawhides for the longest time that is why the G.I. Joe higher-ups were surprised when he filed a resignation as a trainer. It was because Beach Head wanted to be with the rawhides where the real action is, thus he was assigned to lead the latest batch of rawhides in battle. When Kamakamura confirmed the reorganization of Cobra, Beach Head insisted that his team be deployed ASAP to conduct surveillance, infiltration and assault on the recoiled forces of Cobra.
