This is the Alley Viper Comando, from the Urban Strike Team. When Cobra Commander deploys his army of Alley Vipers, he's the one that makes sure things get done. He's part of a two man army of an elite squad of Alley Vipers, who are heavily trained in the highest degrees of stealth and multiple forms of combat, from hand-to-hand, to heavy artillery. He answers only to a very few, Cobra Commander himself, The Crimson Twins, FireFly and last but certainly not least, his Squad Leader.
