The story line is basically the same as Storm Shadow's storyline.

He, Scarlett and Storm Shadow arrive at the Joe HQ and they inform General Hawk that Wreckage is in danger of being captured by two Cobra agents.

After careful consideration, General Hawk allows Storm Shadow to take his team and infiltrate the Cobra Fortress and rescue Wreckage.

I tried to stay close to the original concept of the Snake Eyes.
