Rico is a former circus strongman who was conscripted into the Mexican Army for basic military training. After two years of unbelievable engineering feats, he was recommended for transfer to the United Kingdom as part of the international G.I. Joe team's British division, nicknamed Action Force. He became a part of their infantry, armor and artillery unit, where his first duty was to assist in the construction of the command center they would operate from. He is truly the backbone of the infantry team and uses his mechanical skills to maintain all motorized equipment. Thanks to how hard his teammates are on their vehicles, he's never left wanting for work to do.
