Nuke is a failing experiment to try and recreate the Super Soldier Serum that originally created Captain America.

This was my entry into the No Joe Challenge #01. Others were going for a very 'cut' figure -- I went with Outback, using some sculpey for the neckline, because I wanted a thicker, yet sleeker look. I also only painted the US Flag tattoo half-way down the right side of his face, thinking that made him look more bad-attitude.
