The entire figure, including weapons, was sculpted and cast by Good Two Go toys.
The bow is from a 25th Storm Shadow.

This is the Good To Go Storm Shadow. The sculpt work done on this figure is really sweet, and I did my best to make the little details show. Took me four days to paint him.
I won this figure in a drawing in February of '07. I was really excited to get one of the first copies. It featured a ball-jointed neck and functioning backpack. There's very little I would have changed in the design of this one: save for articulated ankles. I didn't add the articulated ankles, because I wanted to keep the figure as GTG produced it.
