This character was pretty easy to build. No special techniques.

Apparatus is an honorary member of Battalion-13. He is a reprogrammed phase droid who represents a human doctor, but is programmed with all medical and surgical techniques.

As a phase droid, he killed many innocents and soldiers. When he was captured, he was stripped of all weaponry and reprogrammed for medical purposes.

Battalion-13 is contracted to work with G.I. Joe against the more supernatural elements of Cobra
