Body: Captain America Line Winter Soldier
Hood: Retaliation Kamakura
Shoulder Armor: Knee pad from Renegades Trooper

This custom only took about an hour, and that is counting the time to wait for paint to dry in between coats. The only thing that was painted was the hood. The only other thing I had to do was trim the hair off the figure and trim the hood a bit to get it to sit right. Then I glued on a piece of armor to the left shoulder to cover a red star that was there and did not fit for Zartan.

I know its not the perfect Zartan, but it works for an hour invested.
