There were sightings of a huge vampire-like creature in various cities. Some CCTV images show that it looks like a certain Enforcer of Cobra-La. G.I. Joe wanted to confirm these sightings and asked the Bureau of Paranormal Research to help investigate. The bureau sent their best operative, Hellboy. Hellboy was able to track down this "enforcer", and finally, in an abandoned sea port, he came face to face with Cobra-La's Nemesis enforcer. Nemesis was smuggling various chemicals to resurrect Golobolus. But Hellboy would not let that happen.
