During a routine patrol, he and Daina stumble upon a mysterious figure. He could talk. The only name he gave them was Dead Eyes. After the rescue, the found out that he has a member of the Arashikage clan.

He was the first one to be recruited to the ranks of the Oktober Guard. It started out being Colonel Brekhov, Captain Redstar and Horrorshow. After being recruited, he was handed a folder of applicants that are qualified to be members of Oktober Guard.

After a successful recruiting campaign, he was promoted as the Oktober Guard Recruiting Liaison.
