Originally I just wanted to sand the Barbecue head down just enough for the helmet to fit on it. That just didn't work out because of the shape of Barbecue's head, the helmet just didn't look right on him. Eventually I grinded his head down just to a mask and gluing it and the helmet to one of my screwed up cast heads and I am happy with the result.
